What is the most exciting part of working in one of the most prestigious wine producers?
Having the oppurtunity to share the passion for wine and the love for our wines to people from all over the world.
I grew up with the winery and I know how hard my family worked, and still does to achieve great results.
I have learned from them that is not only a matter of making wine but also respecting nature and tradition.
It is amazing to meet people that love our wines as much as we do!
The most challenging part of working as a women executive in the wine industry?
I believe that every business challanges you every day.
Most of the time the challange is with yourself.
Even if I have to admit that I am not in a weak position compared to other people because the winery belongs to my family
I worked very hard to prove that a young woman can be par with, if not even more competent that men. Traditionally our business was dominated by men and I am very proud that very talented women have changed that!
Your favorite wine?
I love wine, I am open to everything there are so many wine regions in the world to discover and I am willing to do that.
Although my confort wine is Barbaresco, the elegance and the complexity that it shows are pure poetry.
Fashion tips that keep you stylish, yet taken seriously in the work place?
I am into fashion, I decide carefully what to wear, you should never look scruffy, you never know what is going to happen!
I like to mix unespected pieces, I love colorful patterns to wear with a white t-shirt that never looks boring!
Many times we receive the question how it is better to match our bags with your outfits. Precisely for this reason we decided to clarify the point by interviewing an image consultant whom I value a lot and with whom we have been collaborating for some time, Francesca Irranca.
