If you are placing an order from the European Union, under the Consumer Protection Regulation (Distance Selling – 2000) (DSRs), you have the right to cancel your order or return the product.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please be sure to request the Return Authorization Number at info@nosetta.com within 14 days of placing the order. You will have 14 days from receipt of the return authorization number to ship back the product.
We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label at the time of the confirmation of the return authorization.After our warehouse has received the return and verified that there are all the conditions to accept it, you will receive the re-crediting through the same payment system used at the time of purchase. Returns processing takes 1-2 weeks from the return.
