NOSETTA is a hidden neighborhood in the city of Como.

Narrow cobbled streets, centuries-old woods, a nineteenth-century villa and the secret and secluded atmosphere of a village away from the crowds, which remains preserved in the feelings of those who visit it.

All Nosetta products are produced with top quality Italian materials and produced by multi-generation, expert producers.

We use the finest fabrics on the market, made by the best textile manufacturers in the world, renowned for their quality, performance and innovation.

We use quality Italian vegetable-tanned leathers which have a natural finish and develop a rich patina with use and age. Our leather is produced by third generation skilled artisans in Tuscany, is highly durable, ages beautifully with time and has a very soft touch.

All our products are made in Italy. We work exclusively with expert, Italian workshops that collaborate with the world's top fashion houses.

We have a direct-to-customer model. 

We do not sell to intermediaries, eliminating the traditional retail mark-ups.

This allows us to offer luxury quality products for 3-5 times lower than top designer brands.

We sell Nosetta only through our online store and through directly operated points of sale.

Nosetta sells directly to the final consumer, with no intermediaries or retailers. This allows us to offer our clients the maximum value by reducing the margins to the minimum.


Nosetta delivers to the EU, UK, Switzerland, US, Canada, Australia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Saudia Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Columbia, Venezuela, and Peru.

For all the other countries please email with your address and the products you are interested in and we will prepare a quotation.

Prices include VAT/local sales tax and duties for the EU.

US Orders below $800 do not require duties.

For all other countries where we ship, the orders will be shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) and delivery will be collected at delivery.

Yes. It is possible but it is required to communicate it at the time of ordering in the notes with the name of the company, address, VAT Code, and Unique Invoicing Code for Italian Companies.

As a Direct-to-Consumer brand our philosophy is to price the product fairly, without the traditional retail mark-ups and keeping our margins to a minimum, in order to pass as much value on to our clients from the launch of the product. We build on the collections and replenish them, expanding the materials, colors and styles every season and do not have a policy of discounting.

We do have occasional promotions, but focus on value-based incentives such as free shipping & returns, monogramming offers, product bundles, gift with purchase... Many of these offers are shared exclusively with our Nosetta community and we recommend to signing-up for our newsletter to receive these updates.


We offer free shipping to a selection of more than 30 countries.

Orders for the EU are shipped DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) and there will be no additional charges at delivery.

US orders under $800 USD do not require duties to be paid and there will be no additional charges at delivery.

Orders to Switzerland, the UK, Switzerland, Asia, the Middle East and South America require duties & local taxes are to be paid on delivery (DDU).

We try to ship all orders within 24 hours of order confirmation and ship with international couriers (DHL, UPS, DPB, SDA).

Shipping to Italy takes 1-2 working days.

For the countries in Europe, standard shipping time is between 2-3 working days.

For the US, Canada, Asia and South America shipping time is approximately 3-5 working days.

Deliveries may be slightly slower during the holiday season.

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will be sent an email with your tracking link.

For orders placed in the European Union or the USA, we accept returns on merchandise that is unused, in the original packaging.

To process a return, please request the Return Authorization Number at

You will have 14 days from receipt of the return authorization number to ship back the product. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label at the time of the confirmation of the return authorization. Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for refunds to be processed once your return has been received.

For exchanges/new product requests, we can recommend placing a new order.

For the rest of the world we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please allow up to 5-10 business days for refunds to be processed once your return has been received. You will receive the refund through the same payment system used at the time of purchase.  


All NOSETTA products are made in Italy with expert craftsmanship and quality Italian materials.  Slight variations in color and texture may occur; these enhance the product’s beauty. 

To maintain the quality of this product, we recommend limiting exposure to water, direct heat and sunlight, avoiding contact with fabrics that have loose dye (such as dark denim) to prevent color transfer, and not using chemical cleaners. Avoid exposing the product to abrasive surfaces to prevent scratches, pulls or tears.

To clean the fabric, use a white cloth with water and a neutral soap. To clean the leather trims, use a soft, white cloth and/or neutral cream. Do not use any chemical cleaners. Please contact us ( or see your local leather specialist for further care assistance.

We highly recommend to store the product in the same cotton NOSETTA dust-bag, the one you received with the product, in an area void of direct sunlight, humidity or heat.


It is very easy. Just order regularly the product you select and use the name and address of your dear one.

Yes. Just add your text with the order notes and we will prepare a handmade note for you on our uncoated and felt-marked paper with embossed logo.
